We're looking for a Category Development Manager to join a leading FMCG brand. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to work with a powerhouse brand, influencing key retailers and shaping category plans in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
* Develop and implement category strategies in line with retailer and brand objectives
* Work closely with Tesco and other key grocery retailers to drive category growth
* Utilise shopper, sales and market data to create compelling insight-led recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and insights
* Build strong retailer relationships, acting as the go-to category expert
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Category Management or Category Development role
* Strong knowledge of the UK grocery market, ideally with Tesco experience
* Highly analytical with experience using Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, or similar data sources
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Passion for FMCG and a keen eye for market trends
