Administrative Assistant Job Type: Full-time Location: Milton Keynes Job Type: Onsite/Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager with a variety of tasks including general administration, social media management, and marketing material upkeep. This role requires a flexible and positive individual who is adept at managing diverse tasks and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assist with reception duties and handle telephone inquiries as needed. Engage in document formatting and processing. Perform general administrative duties including data entry and letter creation. Maintain various portals of drawings and manage the downloading and uploading of drawings for engineers. Email documents on behalf of team members. Maintain and assist with content creation for our social media pages. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate level proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with social media platforms. Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
