About the Role:
As part of the People Services Team, the People Operations Administrator will:
1. Support the People Operations Team with general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring or escalating queries to the People Operations Assistants where necessary
2. Working closely with various stakeholders including the wider HR team, payroll, managers, colleagues etc. on a daily basis.
3. Administrative support throughout a colleague’s lifecycle journey including onboarding, internal moves, family friendly cases, leavers.
4. Support the resolution of People First tickets, ensuring incoming tickets on People First are actioned, updated and resolved within a timely manner
5. Perform any other administrative/data entry duties deemed necessary to support the smooth running of the HR function
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have…
6. CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards.
7. Proven experience in working in an administrative role and the ability to operate at pace, maintaina high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Experience in supporting a large stakeholder and employee base across multiple locations, demonstratingexcellent communication skills across all levels, written and verbal.
