About the role We are on the search for a Chef de Partieto join the team to join the team at our beautiful course on the site of Lingfield Park Resort.Set in picturesque village of Lingfield, the venue is part of Arena Racing Company's vast portfolio of properties, and there's never been a better time to join. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving the standard of food preparation and service of the kitchen. You will undertake training and coaching of junior staff and Commis Chefs.
