We are seeking a motivated and positive Registered Veterinary Nurse who has a passion for driving forward gold standard animal care and promoting excellence in Veterinary Nursing. Our practice is nestled in the beautiful seaside coast of Ayrshire. All our branches are a short walk from local train stations, with frequent rail connections to Glasgow. We have an exciting redevelopment of the Troon premises commencing later this year. We’ve been caring for local pets since the 1950s, and we’ve learnt a thing or two about providing outstanding care to small animals and exotics over the years Based in Troon, we have a range of excellent facilities and equipment, and our friendly and knowledgeable team is on hand to support all your pet’s healthcare needs. The practice sports an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, and an external specialist ultra-sonographer for cardiology. Two of our branches have recognised training facilities for student nurses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with anaesthesia, nurse consults, and in-patient care. They will work alongside our outstanding Vets, RVN's, and front of house team. Registration fees paid and CPD is funded and actively encouraged. Regular in-house lunch and learn. Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience Hours – Full Time Hours. Out of Hours work is NOT required. Saturdays 1 in 5 between 8.30am - 12.30pm.
