Job Description:
Location: Ideally Paris, Lisbon, or London (with flexibility for travel).
If You Are experienced in the language learning/education sector and capable of managing and expanding strategic partnerships, we would like to meet you.
You should be skilled in negotiation and relationship management, with a solid background in education, mobility, or B2B sectors. This role requires working closely with our CEO to drive strategic initiatives and develop meaningful partnerships.
Your Role Will Involve:
1. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to support and expand our educational initiatives.
2. Representing LingoCulture at various conferences and meetings.
3. Effectively driving and closing deals that align with our growth objectives.

What You’ll Do
1. Develop & Manage Partnerships and Affiliates: Build relationships with universities, corporate clients, NGOs (e.g., Erasmus, UNICEF), and affiliates to grow our school's presence.
2. Close High-Impact Deals: Leverage your knowledge of the language and education sector to negotiate and secure strategic collaborations.
3. Help Negotiate and Customize Partnership Plans: Negotiation is key in this position.
4. Work Directly with the CEO: In conferences and seminars. Help close deals.
5. Create Scalable B2B & Institutional Offerings: Design solutions for corporate clients, schools, and organizations looking for innovative language training.
6. Expand Our Global Presence: Travel to events, meet key stakeholders, and position.
