Email Marketing Executive
Our client is a scaling B2C brand pushing international boundaries across the wellbeing sector.
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive with a minimum of 12 months experience.
You’ll create sales-driven email campaigns, optimize automated flows, and enhance customer engagement using A/B testing and segmentation.
Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you’ll refine performance, support inbound customer service queries, and contribute to the broader marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver engaging email campaigns.
2. Optimize automated flows and test strategies to boost performance.
3. Shape the customer journey from post-purchase to repeat purchases.
4. Use data insights to inform decisions and drive results.
5. Support customer service queries, ensuring satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1+ years’ experience in e-commerce email.
2. Strong design skills, with examples to showcase.
3. Experience with Klaviyo (advantageous but not essential).
4. Commitment to thriving in a small, fast-growing team.
