RWE Renewables Onshore & PV Europe & Australia (OPEA) seeks a motivated Undergraduate Student to join our Business Transformation team. This role is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in consultancy, business transformation, and project management. The working student will support ongoing transformation initiatives aimed at optimising processes, improving systems, and driving cultural change within the organisation.
About the role
* Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks, including updating project plans, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
* Communications Creation: Develop internal communications such as newsletters, updates, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about project milestones and successes.
* Stakeholder Follow-up: Support project managers in following up with stakeholders to gather information, confirm participation in meetings, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
* Training Material Development: Help create training materials and guides to support change initiatives, ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and aligned with project objectives.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data gathering and analysis to measure the impact of transformation initiatives and prepare reports for internal review.
* Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist in organizing workshops and other project-related events.
Job requirements and experiences
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to self-organise and work in a highly autonomous way.
* Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to build good quality meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Interest in consultancy, business transformation, or project management.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English; German is a plus.
* Motivated to travel domestically & internationally if required.
