Your Role:
As a Closer/Art Curator at Little Pixies, you’ll play a key role in helping families choose and customise beautiful artwork for their homes. You’ll work with inbound leads only, no cold calling or outreach required. You'll be guiding clients through the buying process during their Photo Premiere session after their photo sessions.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct sales calls via Microsoft Teams with pre-qualified clients.
* Maintain a >50% close rate and an average sale value of >£650, with opportunities for higher commissions when exceeding 60%.
* Efficiently use GoHighLevel (CRM) and ProSelect for client management and sales presentations.
* Collaborate with our artists and ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
* Take a consultative sales approach, offering creative ideas to enhance family spaces with our artwork.
* Keep all client interactions documented and up-to-date.
Availability:
* Flexibility to take calls between 9am-9pm, averaging 20 calls per week.
* Workdays include Wednesdays to Sundays, with adaptable scheduling.
* Expected time commitment is approximately 25 hours per week, depending on bookings.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
This is a high-ticket sales role, with uncapped earning potential and commissions starting at 10%. Successful representatives consistently achieve OTE around £48,000 per annum, with high performers earning beyond this range through performance-based incentives.

Requirements/Experience:
* Proven experience in High-Ticket B2C sales (1-2+ years preferred, but not mandatory if you demonstrate strong sales skills).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with clients in emotional situations.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
* Comfortable using basic technology, including GoHighLevel and ProSelect (training provided).
* Skilled in overcoming objections, particularly around price sensitivity and stalling/wanting time to think.
Compensation:
* Commission-only structure, starting at 10%, with potential for growth based on performance.
