As a support worker with us, you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service in Norwich is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, supporting them with travel and independence, and encouraging them to access their local communities.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, and hold a full UK driver's licence.
