Job Description
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide clients with ongoing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
* With Asset Finance Background:
o Previous experience in sales within asset finance or related financial services.
o Strong understanding of asset-based lending and financing solutions.
o Proven track record in managing client relationships and closing asset finance deals.
o Experience working with a variety of industries and hard assets.
o Ambitious, looking for progression and growth.
* Without Asset Finance Background:
o B2B sales experience, ideally in industries like transport, construction, or manufacturing.
o Experience selling hard assets, such as trucks, machinery, or equipment.
o Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
o Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the asset finance sector.
