My client, a well-respected Public Sector Organisation, is looking for a Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive team.
You will assist with the management of Inquests and Public Inquiries. Key duties will include:
1. Providing legal support to a team of solicitors
2. Drafting statements
3. Researching caselaw and highlighting developments in caselaw
4. Liaising with third party stakeholders
5. Preparing briefing papers, reports, etc.
This role requires 'hybrid' attendance. Therefore, it would be particularly well suited for candidates located within a commutable distance of the Greater Manchester area. This position is up to 12 months and full-time hours are required.
