The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025
The starting salary for this role is £26,400 per annum, based on competence and experience.
39 Hours working 5 days per week including late evenings and alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* An enthusiasm for home furnishings and experience in effective selling, understanding customers and their needs.
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.
* Business-minded with customer in focus to deliver results, ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change.
* Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can enable building relationships with co-workers and customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Together with your team, you focus on putting the customer first in everything you do, every customer must have a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.
* You act quickly on commercial opportunities and take full responsibility for ensuring your shop is in excellent shape, clean, tidy, priced and full.
* You and your team actively sales steer to your department’s top-selling products, prioritised products and IKEA service products in order to maximise sales and long-term profitability.
* Your working base is the shop floor where you set a good example every day, supporting, training and coaching co-workers.
