I am looking for personal care for a Child

Hours per week:
4 hours a week at weekends with more available during school holidays
Hourly pay rate:
£12.00
Looking for a PA to help with my 13-year-old daughter who is a fun loving, happy,
easy going and content girl. Even though she is nonverbal she can communicate
her needs.
She will need help with physio activities, communication aids, play therapy, eating,
drinking and having fun. Going out in the community in her wheelchair would be
great too. Experience with PMLD children essential.
4 hours a week during weekends.
Times to suit, not every weekend necessary.
More hours available during school holidays
Duties include:
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Other relevant duties as required
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Physiotherapy exercises
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
Experience with PMLD children essential
Additional requirements
Non-smoker due to medical reasons
