The Role of the Electrical Engineer
1. Receive, strip down and assess returned welding equipment.
2. Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs or refurbishments.
3. Liaise directly with customers to explain the repair work and any technical fixes made, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
