Candlelight Care are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and driven recruiter to join our team to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. This is a pivotal role which will give you responsibility for recruiting candidates for the entire company who are both within the UK and internationally, using our sponsorship license. The role will also include supporting the Quality Assurance and Operations Manager with marketing for the company as a whole.
This role's focus is to support our exciting growth plans by leading the end-to-end hiring process for various departments within the company. You will receive full training on our systems and processes to ensure you are best equipped to grow and support our teams with their recruitment needs.
This is a flexible role and can be based part-time, or full-time in our office in Glastonbury, Somerset.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects and daily work will include, but not be limited to:
End-to-end recruiting for multiple roles within the company
Collaborating with all branches and departments to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates on a monthly basis to your line manager.
Sourcing candidates using typical and more creative methods such as LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and more.
Thorough applicant screening to ensure all shortlisted candidates are of the highest quality and qualified for the role they've applied for, as well as matching our company values.
Arranging international sponsorship interviews and conducting telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews with a Registered Manager when appropriate.
Owning all recruitment administration and reporting accurately each month to your Line Manager.
Developing relationships by following up with applicants at each stage of the recruitment process.
Supporting the business with all hiring activity and marketing strategy.
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on hiring activity when required.
Ad-Hoc market research on various topics when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment is essential, as is the ability to turn your hand to multiple roles across recruitment, and more. While international recruitment / skilled worker visa sponsorship experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for the following traits and experience, and we will provide full training:
Previous recruitment experience is very beneficial
Experience working in a care setting whether as a care support worker or admin role.
Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector would be beneficial.
Any experience recruiting for international roles is a bonus, but not a necessity.
Creative resourcing methods and the ability to source both active and passive talent.
Experience in screening and interviewing candidates against specific roles.
A confidence when using social media and computer software.
As you will be spending a great deal of time interacting with others, you will need excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop good relationships with prospective applicants.
Being an outstanding promoter/advocate for the Company.
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
