We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a leading law firm based in their Spalding office. Our client are a multi site firm and have an excellent reputation in their industry. They are looking for a motivated graduate to join the team on a full time, permanant basis.
Monday-Friday
Hybrid working after probation period.
£24,000-£25,000
Grauate HR Administrator- The Role:
1. Keeping the HR system up to date with information
2. Completing all relevant payroll administration
3. Salary review, probation and performance management paperwork
4. Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness
5. Liaising with managers as necessary
6. Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes
7. Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence
8. Attend probation review meetings
9. Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox
10. Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
11. Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines
12. Supporting the director with the recruitment process
Graduate HR Administrator- The Candidate:
13. A HR or business related degree
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Strong work ethic
16. Admin experience is beneficial
17. Excellent communication skills
18. IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
19. Ability to work under pressure
