As our clients company continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our operational processes and drive our commitment to excellence THE ROLE: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational strategy, managing staff, and optimizing processes. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the challenges of managing a complex, high-volume service operation. The main focus of this role is hit production targets by managing the production process day to day and implementing improvement strategies to enhance productivity. Duties include: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow from production to delivery. Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs while maintaining high standards of service. Oversee workforce management, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling, to ensure optimal staff performance and morale. Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing lean and continuous improvement techniques. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to maintain the highest quality standards. Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with environmental and health regulations. Monitor KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decision-making. Manage budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.
