This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that will enhance the airport's infrastructure while working in a unique and demanding environment. What You'll Do: Lead and supervise a team of groundworkers on site, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all groundworks activities. Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring adherence to project specifications and all relevant regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project resources effectively. Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communicate effectively with the project manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Adhere to stringent security protocols and procedures required for working airside at Gatwick Airport. What We Need: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in groundworks projects, ideally within a similar airport or complex infrastructure environment. Essential: Demonstrated experience working airside at an airport, including a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
