Job Summary The Electrical Supervisor oversees the installation, testing, and maintenance of utility-scale power generation systems.
The role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring safety and quality compliance, troubleshooting electrical systems, and coordinating project execution to meet deadlines and standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installations, testing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Lead and manage technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring quality, and maintaining project schedules.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in systems, including wiring, inverters, and panels.
Coordinate with project managers and clients, providing progress updates and addressing technical challenges.
Maintain inventory, oversee safety compliance, and prepare reports on work progress.
Experience NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification with at least 5 years of experience in utility-scale energy systems.
AM2 SSSTS desirable (will put through this) Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, and renewable energy systems, including solar and battery solutions.
Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising electrical projects.
