Veterinary Receptionist (Maternity Leave) Animal House Vets, Chalks Road Surgery, Bristol, South West Discipline: Non-clinical Support Full Time up to £23,728 DOE per annum. We are hiring We are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal House Vets to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and experience in customer service and administrative tasks, and a minimum of three GCSEs grade 4/c or above. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience in customer service and administration. Your duties will include: Greet clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check-in patients and verify their information Update patient records and ensure accuracy of information Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Maintain cleanliness of reception area and exam rooms The rota and salary You will be working a 39.75 hour week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays, and this could be at any of our 4 branches, so being able to work as part of the team or under your own initiative is a must.
