Full-Time Teaching Assistant – ARP Unit

Pay: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes, who are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) unit full-time from April 2025.
The ARP supports children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and communication difficulties, offering a nurturing and structured environment within a mainstream setting.

Role Highlights:
* Supporting pupils with SEND (primarily ASD) in small group or 1:1 settings
* Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans
* Assisting with daily routines, sensory regulation, and behaviour support
* Helping to build confidence, independence, and communication skills

We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience working with children with additional needs, particularly autism
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a consistent approach to support
* Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service)
