Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
2. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
3. Perform housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and errands
4. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
6. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
2. Compassionate and empathetic attitude
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
6. Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training
