Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
* Key point of support to Head of FBP - E&SC for all nuclear activity in the UK, and to entity business leads
* Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
* Assist with preparation for meetings with stakeholders to present insights
* Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting to the local businesses and group
* Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for FBP
* Financial support with merger and acquisition (M&A) activity
* Key support to the future consolidation of legal entities in the UK
* Support to integrate new acquisitions within the Nuclear SL into the Egis Group finance processes
* Note that we roll-out a new Oracle ERP in Q1 2025, so this role will need to support the business as it adapts to the new ERP and finance and procurement processes
* Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
* Liaison with internal and external auditors

* Advanced Excel and Office skills
* Oracle ERP experience desirable
* Stakeholder engagement skills working across a complex matrix organisation
* Experience of business transformation
* Able to work to tight deadlines with accuracy
* Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business leads
* Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Educational Background & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified Accountant
* Significant accounting work experience, ideally in consulting and engineering projects (performance-based contracts)
