Although this is a full-time role, we welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time hours or job-sharing arrangements.
The role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced employee relations practitioner to work with the Human Resources Directorate in the delivery of organisational changes which will enable the University to achieve our 2030 Institutional Strategy goals. You will also support engagement with trade unions on the implementation of changes to HR policies and procedures which progress the Our People strategic aims and in response to new developments in employment law.
