Often the first point of contact, you will be the face of the firm and a valued member of the team, ensuring all future and existing clients have a welcoming and consultative experience.
What does the package look like:
1. Salary ranging from 27,000 - 29,000 pro rata DOE
2. 30 hours Monday to Friday
3. On-site parking facilities or parking permit offered
4. 25 days holiday entitlement pro rata plus Christmas shutdown & bank holidays

This Receptionist will hold the below responsibilities:
1. Greeting clients and visitors
2. Answering and forwarding phone calls
3. Photocopying, post, and other related indoor and outdoor tasks as required
4. Managing and maintaining filing cabinets and filing systems daily
5. Typing and amending legal documentation
6. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals via telephone and email
7. Diary and file management supporting the firm's administrative demands
8. Collaborating with various departments internally and being the supportive liaison that keeps the firm organised and effective
The ideal candidate for this Receptionist will hold the exposure and skillsets below:
1. Proficient in typing and IT literate
2. Have secretarial skills, including accurate audio typing
3. Be highly organised and able to cope under pressure
4. Have good timekeeping and time management
5. Be able to communicate confidently and effectively with clients as well as a wide range of other people over the telephone and in person
6. Be willing to learn and take on a measured increase in responsibility and autonomy
7. Be able to prepare legal documents
8. Excellent customer service skills and ensure a high level of confidentiality
