THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the launch of groundbreaking new products from inception to market, while driving AI product innovation. You will report into our Product Director and will play a crucial role in driving the success of our technical products, with a focus on our new to market and innovation products. You will lead a high-performing product team, align cross-team priorities, and ensure that your product strategy is tightly integrated with our business goals. Your deep technical knowledge, coupled with your ability to manage complex roadmaps and develop a positive team culture, will be critical to delivering outstanding user outcomes and driving commercial impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY
🚀 Develop a comprehensive understanding of user personas and the needs of developers within the HR tech stack.
🚀 Conduct product and roadmap reviews, guiding prioritisation decisions effectively.
🚀 You will possess a deep understanding of market conditions and the competitive landscape, and how these factors influence our new product decisions.
🚀 You’ll need to make decisions with very limited data and ambiguity, demonstrating a bias towards action, and proactively driving new product initiatives
🚀 Translate our high-level product strategy into a detailed roadmap, testing and iterating to achieve key vision milestones with your team.
🚀 Mentor, coach, develop, and manage Product Managers (PMs) within your team.
🚀 Collaborate with Product marketing to develop great GTM messaging and positioning for our new products
🚀 Exhibit a strong understanding of commercial awareness, consistently prioritising and defining features based on their impact on business metrics.
🚀 Engage with customers and partners to understand requirements and priorities, sharing insights with key stakeholders and your team.
🚀 Create commercial impact by delivering enterprise products, connecting roadmap items to core business metrics.
🚀 Implement success metrics with teams to deliver business outcomes and enhance team engagement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🚀 Good awareness of market conditions and how that impacts the product decisions
🚀 Capability to make decisive actions amid minimal data and uncertainty, demonstrating a proactive bias towards action.
🚀 Awareness of emerging technology (AI) and how to utilise it to solve real world customer problems
🚀 Ability to take high level product strategy and build a roadmap to test an iterate towards key points of the vision.
🚀 Commercial awareness, understanding how to prioritize and define features based on feedback from sales motions and market traction
🚀 Proven experience as a people manager capable of fostering a positive culture, motivating team members, and supporting their professional development.
🚀 Experience managing API-based products and AI-driven solutions at scale.
🚀 Strong understanding of the business landscape with the ability to align product strategies with company goals.
🚀 Someone who has awareness of emerging technology (AI) and how to utilise it to solve real-world customer problems. Must be confident to sell not just build products.
🚀Proven track record in recognizing market opportunities and executing strategic decisions.
🚀 Ability to communicate complex roadmaps to senior stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguity.
🚀 Experience working with enterprise-scale customers is a plus.
🚀 Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps across multiple teams while resolving dependencies.
🚀 Experience in HR or Talent technology is a plus.
