About the Role
As Cluster Director of Sales, you will support the Regional Director of Sales for Europe and the General Managers of the London properties. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in key segments including Business Transient, Business Group, and TMC partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of managed segment budget delivery for assigned properties.
* Drive the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and contracting.
* Lead and manage hotel sales teams, setting strategies and KPIs to achieve targets.
* Plan, implement, and review annual Commercial Action Plans aligned with revenue goals.
* Secure new business and cultivate repeat bookings within the focus segment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and customers.
* Monitor market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and driving change to maintain competitive market share.
* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
