Working with the leadership team you will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, encompassing tasks such as managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. The postholder will be the first contact for our members, answering phone calls and assisting with general enquiries, whilst greeting members who attend the Branch Office, providing first line advice. Our administrators are responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for anyone interacting with the Branch. The postholder will utilise various software systems, coordinating with IT support when necessary, and maintaining the integrity of office equipment. Responsible for managing the offices' digital infrastructure, ensuring secure file storage and efficient date management practices.
