Our client is seeking an Interim Financial Accountant for a 6 month FTC. This is a hands-on role, to assist over year end & to help the team improve and embed controls and efficiencies, predominantly around balance sheet reconciliations, and to address issues highlighted in the internal audit report. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced team, working on a hybrid basis in Manchester City Centre - 2 days per week on site.
The ideal candidate for this Interim Financial Accountant position will be fully Qualified (CIMA, ACA or ACCA). A strong background in Controls is essential for this role. Your in-depth understanding of processes and reporting, coupled with your proven experience in redesigning, tweaking & implementing processes will be key to your success in this role. An awareness of proposed UK Internal Controls over Financial Reporting legislation is also required.
