Administration Supervisor 12 month fixed term contract £33,000.00 Milton Keynes Are you a passionate and ‘hands on’ Supervisor? Do you have experience of managing and supporting a busy and hardworking team to meet department targets and deliver an exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders? As an Administration Supervisor, your time will be split between ensuring the accurate processing and management of administration, plus taking a leading role in ensuring the team produce a quality service by motivating and training them as well as dealing with escalations. As an Administration Supervisor your duties will include but are not limited to: • Delivering a quality focused service, supporting customers with their registrations and applications. • Supporting users through multiple platforms in relation to the company products, events and benefits. • Driving growth and retention targets by supporting customers, providing a quality service and highlighting available options and support. • Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless process for users across all channels. • Maintaining high standards in protecting the integrity of data and customer contact information. • Ensuring individuals meet eligibility and regulatory requirements. • Maintaining auto-responses, application forms and online content to support users, as well as delivering digital and self-service solutions for users. • Managing and resolving escalated complaints. • Motivating and leading the team to achieve targets and goals. • Supporting self-serve solutions, internal knowledge bank and web resources. • Planning and organising workload and resource to deliver excellent service across all channels. To be a successful Administration Supervisor you must have: • Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in complaints resolution as well as resource planning. • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databases. • The ability to lead a team to deliver to challenging targets. • The ability to use and interpret operational data to deliver insight. • Reporting and measuring individual and team performance against key targets. • Experience with training and developing high performance teams. • Project management experience would be advantageous.
