Aspire People are seeking confident, flexible, and enthusiastic cover supervisors for regular work at schools based in Lincoln and Lincolnshire. The position starts immediately and will be based around your availability and other commitments.

The Role:
1. A Cover Supervisor is typically used for short-term absences of a teacher.
2. Supervising set work and ensuring its completion.
3. Managing pupil behaviour.
4. Handling immediate problems or emergencies according to school policies.
5. Providing additional support in classrooms.
6. Assisting with other duties such as lunch times, registrations, detentions, and reception.
The Hours:
1. Hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
2. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your other commitments.
