Systems Integration Manager Hybrid role We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager to lead and manage the seamless integration of acquired companies into our organisation. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and management skills to oversee the integration lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate system integration and strategic planning, with a passion for delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruptions. Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs. Collaborate with M&A teams to evaluate target companies, identify integration challenges and opportunities for synergies. Oversee the implementation of the Groups systems into international subsidiaries, in a timely manner post-acquisition. Manage data migration from legacy systems to new platforms. Re-establish existing integrations with partners and software publishers using Boomi, ensuring no service disruptions occur. Lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, replicating Group development in local systems. setting up role-based views, addressing local tax requirements, and other regional needs. Prepare and present regular integration status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal Systems Integration Manager will have the following: Bachelors degree. 5 years of experience in systems integration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex integration projects in a corporate environment. Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Exceptional project management skills. Understanding of international compliance add-ins, such as making tax digital. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Resilient and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines effectively.
