Job summary An opportunity has arisen to recruit a ward clerk to join Ward 21 which specializes in acute respiratory conditions. You will be responsible for providing a front-line reception service and delivering a high standard of customer care; so you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be required to have IT literate skills and knowledge of our hospital systems such as Tele Tracking, Allscripts, booking transport and data collection systems. We are looking for a motivated person who has had experience working with the public and ideally in a hospital setting. Main duties of the job You will be required to demonstrate that you can work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team as well as being able to work independently.
