Key Responsibilities
* Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for further refinement.
* Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training materials.
* Support the implementation of our new ERP/MRP system, contributing to the automation and optimization of key processes.
* Assist with project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.
