Job Opportunity: Aftersales Manager
Our client, a busy main dealership, is seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to oversee their service department.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
2. Review CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction.
3. Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate your team to ensure long-term staff satisfaction and potential career progression.
5. Control department costs.
6. Monitor performance against targets and budgets.
7. Manage the recruitment process as required.
8. Conduct performance analysis to identify weaknesses and implement targeted marketing activities.
9. Regularly review Service KPIs to track performance and identify trends.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record.
* Must have main dealer experience and be well-versed in managing a busy service department.
* Demonstrate a stable career path.
