That's where you come in We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in UK who will be responsible for identifying, prospecting into, building, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing accounts; offering effective solutions that will meet their requirements. With a channel-first mentality, our Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing new channel partners. Therefore, it will require persistent efforts to sign and enable new partners and document progress. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding existing business across UK & Ireland. The Regional Sales Manager will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and finance as a liaison between DNSFilter and our distribution network. The successful candidate is skilled at building relationships, driving sales, and building and farming multiple distribution channels. Eligible candidates have an effectively persistent hunter mentality, have and can work successfully and consistently in a remote environment, are familiar with working in a fast-paced hyper-growth SaaS start-up, and can succinctly demonstrate their successful experience prospecting, nurturing, and closing accounts for cybersecurity solutions. This is a full-time remote role, and is open to candidates in UK. At DNSFilter You Will: Build win/win/win relationships with new channel partners (partner, distributor, DNSFilter). Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction across UK & Ireland. Manage the entire sales cycle using a consultative sales approach. Develop and maintain forecasts to detail weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements in line with revenue targets. Consistently meet/exceed objectives and sales targets. Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the Salesforce CRM system. Drive enablement of distribution partners commercially and technically. Plan and deliver presentations that demonstrate how our solutions address customer challenges. Collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects and other cross-functional team members to close business. Represent DNSFilter at partner engagements, trade shows, as well as creating requisite materials (with the Channel Marketing team) and collateral for Partner Program/s. Work with DNSFilter teams globally by proactively communicating with internal stakeholders, enabling partner adoption of DNSFilter as their go-to choice in protective DNS. Continue to establish and drive great cooperation between DNSFilter teams and partner relationships. Collaborate with DNSFilter's existing channel network, track and mitigate churn with Customer Success, and most importantly, increase new partner recruitment and current partner expansion. Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and threats. Requirements: 5 years of experience working UK & Ireland/EMEA SaaS Channel Sales, preferably in Cybersecurity. Exceptional at selling, managing, and delivering SaaS products. Experience running cross-functional programs and campaigns that address market opportunity. Ability to work and sell in a highly collaborative team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience. A consistent problem solver with the ability to be creative, ultimately generating new opportunities and removing obstacles for the channel. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Thrives and works effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. Process-oriented with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and pipeline management. Thrives off of being well-organized, systematic, disciplined, and a good planner. Deep experience with running channel and distribution partnerships. Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, identifying customer pain points, and applying solution-selling strategies. Strong administrative skills, including planning, time management, and meeting internal deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proven ability to handle, adapt, and overcome change. Independent thinker and experience working in high-growth and changing environments – must be adaptable. Thrives by working from home and has discipline to complete tasks. Previous experience working in a remote environment. Ability to travel as needed to channel partner locations, tradeshows and industry/customer events in EMEA. Bonus points for: Proven track record of successful sales in DNS security or other cybersecurity markets. Knowledge of DNS security and other cybersecurity threats and technologies. A strong understanding of computer network protocols, DNS, Routing/switching, TCP/IP etc. Deep understanding of channel structures (MSPs/MSSPs/VARs/SIs). Experience/Understanding of broad cybersecurity concepts. Language skills/capabilities, French/German/Spanish/Italian/Arabic. The OTE for this role is listed below. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
