Are you looking for a Commercial Administrator position based in North London?
Looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the commercial team and QS's to provide administrative support and coordination of all documents and reports on the project. Part of this role will also include elements of procurement, meaning you will be part of the buying processes within the team.

Offering: £25,000 salary!
Experience within the construction industry and commercial experience is necessary.

Raising material orders and requisitions
Authorising material invoices for payments
Raising Subcontract Orders and managing subcontract accounts
Assisting with submission of quarterly forecasting pack
Adhering to the IS Infrastructure Timetable and Due Dates
Attendance at weekly operation & commercial meetings The ideal candidate will have:
MUST have Commercial experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
