The Practice:
* Owned by a veterinary surgeon who holds an AVP certificate in surgery, with a special interest in orthopaedics and minimally invasive surgery.
* The practice has a dedicated client base with the potential for further growth, and cases can be worked up locally, providing you with the opportunity to develop any specific interests you have. Certification is encouraged and fully funded.
* Located in Camborne, our veterinary practice offers a comprehensive range of services and modern facilities, including an operating theatre, in-house laboratory, and digital X-ray.
The Role:
* Ideally, this role requires full-time commitment, but hours can be discussed to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
* There are no out-of-hours requirements, and the weekend rota is shared, requiring one Saturday in three.
* They operate convenient hours, from 9 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays.
* In addition to the career satisfaction this job offers, the location of the practice is a significant attraction. Situated amidst beautiful scenery, some of the country's best beaches are within a 15-20 minute drive from the practice.
The Candidate:
* The ideal candidate will have solid general practitioner experience, be a team player with excellent communication skills, and share our clients' passion for providing the highest level of veterinary care.
