Location: Essex Based - Hybrid. Mixed office and home working.
Hours: Part-time ideally 9.30am-2.30pm but can do 10am-2pm.

About Us
BoilerMedic specialises in delivering plumbing and heating services, including landlord gas certificates and boiler servicing. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are proud to serve clients across Essex and East London.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Administration: Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
2. Scheduling & Coordination: Booking appointments and maintaining the engineers' work schedules.
3. Data Management: Updating CRM systems, processing invoices, and managing client records.
4. Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries and providing updates on ongoing work.
5. Stock Control: Ordering supplies and ensuring all materials are available for scheduled jobs.
What We're Looking For
Skills:
1. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
