Nestled in the city of Nottingham it offers a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support during night shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Assist with daily routines, including personal care, mobility, as required. Conduct regular checks on residents and promptly respond to any needs or emergencies. Collaborate with the care team to maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities. Utilise your experience in working with adults presenting challenging behaviours to provide effective support. Requirements: Previous experience as a Support Worker, particularly in day shifts. Experience working with adults presenting challenging behaviours. Compassionate and person-centred approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
