Administrator - Facilities Management - Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Your new employer is a market leading Facilities Management service provider with a large portfolio of high-profile commercial sites across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Administrator, ideally with a Facilities Management background, to support a prestigious site in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Your New Role: Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract Scheduling and managing subcontractor visits Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support invoicing/WIP/inputting time sheets and expenses Basic commercial awareness working within SLAs and KPIs What You'll Get In Return: £30,000.00 Per Annum Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Company Pension Scheme Private Medical Insurance Eye Care Voucher, Store Discounts, Referral Scheme Industry Leading Training & Career Progression Free On Site Parking ADZN1_UKTJ
