Our client, based in Toome, is a vibrant, successful and growing local business within the engineering/manufacturing sector in Northern Ireland and the UK.. Due to ongoing expansion, a superb opportunity has arisen for an Office/Accounts Assistant to join the team.
Working with the MD & Accounts Manager, the successful applicant will undertake a wide variety of tasks daily which will include:
KEY DUTIES
· Perform day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced office environment
· Answer & direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
· Receive and process customer orders
· Basic accounts invoice processing
· General Administrative Duties
THE PERSON
•2-3 years previous relevant experience with an administrative role
• Exceptional phone & communication skills
• Strong IT Skill, experience of Sage & Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills
• Ability to work efficiently on own initiative and within a team.
SALARY
An attractive salary up to £26,000 per anum will be on offer to the successful candidate.

WORKING HOURS
• 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday.
