As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of care services to our Service Users. You will ensure that all care is provided in accordance with our high standards, promoting the well-being, dignity, and independence of our Service Users., Supervise and support a team of care workers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in collaboration with Service Users and their families.
Conduct regular supervision, appraisals, and training for care staff.
Monitor the quality of care services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as the main point of contact for Service Users and families, addressing any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care plans and staff performance.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other agencies to provide integrated care.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the care setting.
We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding care by overseeing our services and carers in the West Dunbartonshire area., Previous experience in a care role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior care position.
A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or 4) is desirable but not essential
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
