Job Description We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Executive to join a friendly, close-knit team inn Leeds. As part of a small, collaborative group, you will play a key role in supporting various business operations, from internal processes to client-facing projects. Some of the Business Support Executive responsibilities will be: Create and produce client quotes with high accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with suppliers to check stock and pricing, ensuring smooth delivery of client requests. Manage purchase orders, track purchases, and keep the team updated on delivery timelines. Collaborate with the Managing Director to price, source, and deliver client projects. Build strong relationships with clients, supporting them in project delivery and account management. Work with the Financial Administrator to manage financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and resolving queries. Use the company's PSA system to manage support contracts, tickets, and invoicing. Review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency. Handle client queries via email and phone, providing timely solutions. Coordinate client visits and liaise with contractors when needed. Assist with meeting and diary management. Provide general administrative support to help the business grow and maintain client satisfaction. Contribute to business support projects, including marketing efforts. Assist with new business activities by arranging appointments and following up for feedback. Attend client and proposal meetings as required. This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break, earning a competitive salary between £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
