At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Turn briefs from various internal functions into web-friendly content. Collaborate with Front End Developers, UX Designers, Copywriters, and Web and Digital Leads, balancing autonomy with direction-taking as required. Manage workload using scrum-style project management and weekly sprint planning. Improve Flesch readability scores of implemented digital content. Enhance W3C accessibility scores for digital content. Optimise conversion rates and non-brand search traffic (SEO), where appropriate. Strengthen signals of experience, expertise, authority, and trust in digital content. Advocate for and improve content metrics related to speed, stability, responsiveness, and digital carbon rating. What you’ll bring: Experienced in basic copywriting and editing. Able to work in modular, block-based CMS systems (Optimizely an advantage). Simple web design experience (via pre-defined block-based CMS components). Experience working according to agile/scrum-style project management principles. Familiarity with the roles that front and back-end developers play in digital delivery. Knowledge of the key tenets of on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, UX, and accessibility. Experience of working in a highly-regulated environment. Demonstrable experience of delivering mutually-agreeable solutions for stakeholders with a range of different viewpoints.
