What’s the role?
As a Buyer, you’ll play a vital role, contributing to contract negotiation, supplier management, and the sourcing of essential materials. You'll be responsible for buying a mixture of direct and indirect products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive terms.
* Drive cost-efficiency improvements across procurement processes.
* Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with high standards.
* Source critical production spares, consumables, and indirect materials.
* Work independently while collaborating with key stakeholders.
What they are looking for:
* Experience in contract negotiation and procurement.
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
* Confidence with Excel and a keen eye for detail.
* Proactive and self-driven personality with strong communication skills.
