ROLE: HR Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
BASE: Regular travel between our Head Office & Warehouse (DE55), and sites in Ilkeston and Selby
SALARY: up to £52,984 p.a. - Monday to Friday, 40 Hours Per Week

We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we have an exciting opportunity for a hands on, tenacious, and determined HR Business Partner to join our busy HR Team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, supporting our Operations Teams and our Head Office and Distribution Centre in South Normanton (just of J28, M1), and our teams in our Ilkeston and Selby uPVC Recycling sites.
This is a site based role, business partnering senior stakeholders within our Operations and Recycling Teams, responsible for managing all people related activity; managing all ER caseload (alongside an ER Advisor), developing capability, supporting leadership coaching, Talent Management and Resourcing, and achieving business priorities to deliver against the Eurocell Group's People Plan.
WHAT OUR HR BUSINESS PARTNERS DO:
Partner with senior stakeholders, providing HR partnering support to our operations team
Act as a hands-on HR lead and conduit for stakeholders
Business partner with key stakeholders to develop capability, manage talent and achieve business priorities
Work with the wider HR team to deliver against the Eurocell Group's People Plan
Lead the transactional HR agenda within the overall HR Plan (People plan)
Work with senior stakeholders and managers to develop the team, culture, and capability to build a high performing team
Deliver the people elements of our plan
Work closely with the Resourcing and Training & Development Teams
Ensure that wider group plans are developed for Succession Planning / Talent Managing / Resourcing etc.
Interpret the People Policy, engaging and coaching managers re the implementation of this and relevant employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency
Lead regular reviews with stakeholders, using insights and analytics to facilitate, support, challenge, and plan actions
Provide a professional advisory service which that delivers effective solutions to all people issues, ensuring a balance between individual and business needs
Provide end to end support from interpretation of policy and implementation of strategy, through to the completion of related administration, tracking and feedback
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HR BUSINESS PARTNERS:
Proven HRBP experience, with solid, up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation
Previous operational support experience
Capable of managing a high volume end to end workload, inclusive of administration, tracking and closing actions
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team, to engage and deliver against plans and targets
Experience with working with a diverse workforce
A `hands on' approach to coaching and developing teams
Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to achieve deadlines
The ability and drive to deliver results at pace
Excellent analytical and solution focused problem-solving skills, with an agile approach, adaptable to business needs
Ability to manage a busy workload with numerous concurrent workstreams
Good stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to strict targets and deadlines
