We're recruiting for a IT Support Technician who will work as an integral part of a fast paced IT team. You will support the business on technical issues and provide a high level of service to your internal customers. What you'll do:
* Provision of 1^st, 2^nd and 3^Rd Line support to Robertson employees both face to face and remote through IT Tickets that have been logged on the IT Service Desk
* Assisting IT colleagues with IT Support and Projects to ensure optimal delivery of service
* Ability to work without close supervision in accordance with company guidelines
* Setup and Configuration of PC's for New Starts etc
* Ensure IT Asset Registers are kept up to date
* Create and maintain IT policies and procedures as appropriate
* Other relevant IT duties as assigned by the IT Management

* Desktop support of Windows 10-11
* Some experience of Active Directory
* Networking and experience with Internet Routers and Firewalls, Cisco Meraki preferred (desirable)
* Some knowledge or experience within Windows Server 2012-2016
* Experience of providing remote, telephone or face to face support
* Experience of PC Software builds / installations / rebuilds.
* Microsoft Certification in Windows Operating systems and Office (desirable)
* Knowledge of Microsoft products, Office 365, Server infrastructure (desirable)
* Full driving licence (essential)
