Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with site management to align financial plans with business objectives. Manage cost control by monitoring production expenses, overheads, and inventory valuation, identifying areas for efficiency improvements. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies while strengthening financial controls and risk management. Provide financial insights and strategic support to site leadership, aiding decision-making and long-term planning. Lead and develop the site finance team, fostering collaboration across departments to drive financial and operational success. Profile The ideal candidate should be or show: - ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified - Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management within a manufacturing or engineering (or similar) environment. - Ability to go beyond compliance and reporting, providing proactive financial insights that drive business decisions. - A proactive approach to identifying efficiencies, managing risks, and supporting a fast-paced, evolving business. - Confident in presenting financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, working collaboratively across teams.
